Refund policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2025

At baR&Bea, we take pride in preparing for your event. Because of this, our refund policy is as follows:

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover pre-event planning.

Full Payments

• If full payment has been made and the client cancels:

  • More than 14 days before the event → Eligible for a 50% refund (excluding deposit).

  • Within 14 days of the event → No refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling

• Payments may be credited toward a future event if rescheduled more than 14 days prior, subject to availability.

No-Shows

• If the client or guests fail to attend, no refund will be issued.
