What's Included In Every Package
Consultation & Planning
Hop on a 15 minute phone consultation to discuss the details that help us perfect your event!
We provide a customized menu design that caters to and incorporates the theme of your party!
We operate through a “wet” or “dry” model meaning alcohol can be provided, unless you want to select the alcohol that wets your palette. After picking the drinks you’d like us to serve, we will either send you a guided shopping list with recommendations and quantities that suit the amount of guests we will be serving, or bring just the right amount to ensure the vibes keep on flowing!
Bar Essentials
We will bring all the necessary supplies for our bartenders to do their thing! This includes disposable cups, napkins, straws, and our handy bar tools.
Event custom cups are available as an add-on!
Fresh Ingredients
baR&Bea takes pride in ensuring each sip is filled with love, care, and great ingredients, by providing hand-squeezed juices, homemade syrups, and fresh quality garnishes.
Event Setup
We will set up, break-down, and clean up our services so you don’t have to leave the party!
Our beautifully crafted mobile bar is available to rent!

Mobile Bar Rental
If your venue or location does not provide a space for us to perform our services, our beautifully crafted mobile bar is available for rent at $80/hr. This includes us delivery, set up, break down, and haul off once the bar has closed!
This option is also available without our services, perfect for mobile bartenders looking to start their business venture, or party planners that are looking for a bar to rent!

Additional Cocktails
If you have selected the Rhythm Package or the High Note Package, additional cocktails are available as an add-on fee of $30/hr, per additional cocktail.

If you have selected the Rhythm Package or the High Note Package, additional shots are available as an add-on fee of $20/hr, per additional shot.
